Many of the restaurants and cafes in hotels in Fukuoka City are more reasonably priced than those in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto. Overall the food is not as sophisticated as in Tokyo, but I think the taste is good. There are also many Hakata Ramen restaurants around the station, so be sure to try them.
