TOP5 Most Expensive Hotels and Ryokans in Hokkaido
If you are going to Hokkaido, these luxury hotels and ryokans are worth staying at least once. The luxurious ambience of the hotels and ryokans, the variety of cuisine prepared by top chefs, the special hot springs, the sophisticated interior design, and the gracious hospitality will leave a lasting impression on your memory.
I would recommend staying at Zaborin and Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono during non-summer months if possible. In summer, the outdoor hot spring baths and terraces may not be suitable for city people, as there are many insects. This is unavoidable due to its location in Niseko, surrounded by nature.
Takinoya is very popular and has only a few rooms, so early reservations are recommended if you plan to stay here. It is difficult to get a room with a private hot spring bath.
Then, if you love hot springs, Zaborin, Okujozankei Onsen Kasho Gyoen, and Boro Noguchi Noboribetsu Hotel would be recommended. All rooms have private hot spring baths.
Also, if you are on a business trip or short on time in Hokkaido, Okujozankei Onsen Kasho Gyoen or Boro Noguchi Noboribetsu Hotel are convenient with free shuttle bus service from Sapporo Station or New Chitose Airport.
