This is one of The Terrace Hotels. If you are looking for small luxury resort hotels for adults in Okinawa, I would recommend it. This is like a hideaway for adults. There are 78 rooms only. The resort has a minimum age requirement of 16 applies. Perhaps, if you are looking for venues for special occasions in Okinawa, I would recommend it. Once you enter the property, it’s like you’re in another world. The ambiance is serene, tranquil, and relaxed. There is no better option than just sitting by the pool and enjoy the precious moments where you get to do nothing. It feels like the time stopped flowing here. If you are city boys or girls, you should come and relax here for your vacation. The resort would be great for couples, families, small groups, or solo travelers.

Is the location easy to access?
Traveling from Naha Airport would be a little tricky. You can take an airport limousine bus and then, get off at The Busena Terrace Beach Resort Bus Stop, then free shuttle service is available to the property from the bus stop. You need to book it in advance Alternatively, a pick-up service from the airport is available at an additional charge.
Rooms I would recommend?
All rooms are suite room types with beautiful ocean views. The hotel opened in 2005 so the facilities tend to be a bit worn-out, but well-maintained. If you are going to stay here, I would recommend rooms in the South Wing on the high floor possible. You can chill out in your room with a beer in hand while seeing peaceful views. Also, the view of the sunset from the balcony was enchantingly beautiful. On the other hand, I wouldn’t recommend rooms in North Wing as you wouldn’t be able to see blue ocean views as you expect. Because the south wing tower cut the views. The north wing is located near the reception, though. The rooms are so spacious, user-friendly, and functional. The housekeeping was excellent.
How about toiletries & in-room amenities?
All of the amenities are taken care of including enough toiletries, bathrobes, pajamas, bottled water, tea bags, welcome fruit, local cookies, and a coffee machine with capsules. There were THALGO amenities in our bathroom. Room service is available for 24H. Turn-down service is available. There is no convenience store nearby. There is no vending machine on the property. You may want to buy your necessities before coming here. Free Wi-Fi reception was OK, but sometimes slow when we stayed in 2018.
How about In-house Facilities?
There is an outdoor swimming pool. It’s open between April and Nov. *If you have tattoos and want to use the swimming pools, you need to wear a “Rash Guard”. There is no indoor swimming pool, no gym, no hot bath, and no sauna in-house, but you can use all of them for free in the sister inn, THE BUSENA TERRACE. The staff sends you to the venue. It takes 15min by car.
Then, there is an amazing library lounge and bar on 1F. *All guests who stay here have access to the lounge. Complimentary coffee, tea, cake, and local cookie, etc., are available during tea time from 14:00 to 16:00. Also, complimentary beer, sparkling wine, champagne, whiskey, awamori, cocktail, fresh juice, finger food., etc. are available for the cocktail time from 17:00 to 19:00. On top of that, a piano live performance is held at the lounge every evening. The atmosphere is truly romantic at night. Also, there is a big private garden. yoga workout is held every morning while viewing a blue ocean in the garden.
Then The Atta Terrace Club Towers is a universal design. Wheelchairs are available for borrowing. If you bring people with weak feet, you may want to inform the staff in advance as they can arrange a room near the lift. Then the property is very large. Staff sends you by resort cart when you move around.

Then butler service is available for 24H. They are the loveliest group. They can arrange water sports, local tours, activities, restaurants, and rental cars, etc. if you request in advance. Also, the property is next to a wonderful golf course. If you love playing golf, the resort would be perfect.
How about meals?
The food experience was good. There are some restaurants in-house, such as French and Italian restaurants, teppanyaki, and fusion cuisine. There are no nice restaurants around the property within walking distance so we had meals in the resort during our stay. Actually, once we entered the property, we felt troublesome to go out until check-out time.
My impressions
The resort with peaceful ocean views would be so tranquil. If you really get much of an immersive small luxury resort experience, it’s well worth staying here.
