Overall facilities tend to be a bit outdated, but well-maintained. If you are planning to travel early in the morning or arrive in Nagoya late at night, this is a very convenient location. It’s connected with Nagoya Station. The hotel would be great for couples, solo travelers, business persons, or families.

Is the location easy to access?
Yes, it would be easy. The hotel reception is on 15F of JR Central Towers. It may not be easy to find the reception from Nagoya station if this is your first-time visit. Please check a map and Youtube before coming here.
Where is the best accommodation for anniversaries?
If you are looking for venues for special occasions in Nagoya City, the property would be one of the best. The staff arranges flowers and cakes to celebrate an anniversary at additional charges if you request in advance.

Rooms I would recommend?
If you are going to stay here, I would recommend a room on the west or the south side of the building. If you stay on the west side, you can view a scene of many trains coming and going. That’s interesting. If you stay on the south side, you can see a Nagoya city view. The night view is amazing, especially if you stay here during the winter season. On the other hand, I wouldn’t recommend a room on the east and the north sides of the building. Tall buildings block the view.
Then the location is near the large station. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Actually, the sound of the trains did not bother me. I think that it depends on the individual. Earplugs were provided in my room.
Is this child-friendly?
Yes, the staff arranges amenities, slippers, pajamas, etc. if you request in advance. *One child up to elementary school age per adult will be free of charge for co-sleep. Also, the nursing room on 15F is available.

How about the club lounge?
If you spend a lot of time in the hotel, you should book a room on the concierge-floor with access to the lounge. The interior of the lounge, the furniture, and the view are impeccable. Also, the food presentation is wonderful. A variety of alcoholic and drinks are available throughout the day. Absolutely the lounge would be one of the best in JAPAN. Then you can check-in and out in the lounge on 15F.

How about toiletries & in-room amenities?
All of the amenities are taken care of including enough toiletries, bathrobes, a coffee machine, and tea bag, etc. Room service is available between 5:30 and 24:00. There are some pillows which you can choose from if you request. There is a convenience store within a 5min walk. Free Wi-Fi was available.
How about In-house Facilities?
There is a gym, swimming pool, Jagajee, communal baths, and saunas. If you stay on the concierge-floor, all of them are available for free. If you stay on other floors, only the gym is available for free. If you want to use other amenities, you need to pay JPY3,300 per day. The gym is for ages 18 or older, the pool is for ages 13 or older. Also, you may want to bring your own shoes, sportswear, swimming wear, etc.
Then this is a universal design. There is room for wheelchair users. Wheelchairs are available for borrowing. If you bring someone with weak legs, you should inform the staff in advance as they arrange a room near the lifts.
Then there is a foreign currency exchange machine, a flower shop, a beauty salon, a business center, etc. If you want to have a treatment, you need to make an appointment at the reception.

How about meals?
There are Japanese, French, Chinese, teppanyaki restaurants and bars in the hotel. We had breakfast at the restaurant on 15F called All Day Dining. The Japanese and western buffet was always quite extensive. Also, there are many restaurants around the property.
My impressions
